Confront\u00e9<\/span>e<\/span>\u00a0\u00e0 un c<\/span>ontexte des plus particulier<\/span>s<\/span>, soit celui de la COVID-19, la relation\u00a0<\/span>entre la direction et les employ\u00e9s\u00a0<\/span>a<\/span>\u00a0d<\/span>\u00fb<\/span>\u00a0\u00eatre repens\u00e9e.\u00a0<\/span>D\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique Nouvelle-Beauce a eu la chance de s\u2019entretenir avec Mme Julie Pion, conseill\u00e8re strat\u00e9gique en d\u00e9veloppement et rel\u00e8ve, chez\u00a0<\/span>Praxo<\/span>\u00a0firme<\/span>\u00a0conseil.<\/span>\u00a0Le mot d\u2019ordre qui est ressorti de cet entretien<\/span>\u202f:<\/span>\u00a0l\u2019importance d\u2019avoir une bonne base<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>de<\/span>\u00a0management des \u00e9quipes.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

La<\/span><\/b>\u00a0formation<\/span><\/b>,\u00a0<\/span><\/b>un bel investissement pour une entreprise<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

La formation a \u00e9t\u00e9 une option int\u00e9ressante pour les entreprises<\/span>. L<\/span>es entrepreneurs ont profit\u00e9 du ralentissement de leurs activit\u00e9s pour\u00a0<\/span>permettre \u00e0 leurs employ\u00e9s\u00a0<\/span>d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences<\/span>\u00a0ou\u00a0<\/span>de mettre\u00a0<\/span>\u00e0 jour celles-ci<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0Les objectifs\u00a0<\/span>sont<\/span>\u00a0: optimiser l\u2019utilisation de<\/span>\u00a0diff\u00e9rentes applications<\/span>\u00a0et logiciels<\/span>, soit<\/span>\u00a0pour la gestion des op\u00e9rati<\/span>ons de production, financi\u00e8res, de suivi de clients,<\/span>\u00a0des fournisseurs,<\/span>\u00a0etc.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>De plus, p<\/span>endant<\/span>\u00a0cette p\u00e9riode, le gouvernement a\u00a0<\/span>investi<\/span>\u00a0de nouvelles sommes<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>d\u2019argent<\/span>\u00a0en formation\u00a0<\/span>et plusieurs entreprises ont re\u00e7u une aide financi\u00e8re\u00a0<\/span>\u00e0 cet \u00e9gard.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Le management des \u00e9quipes<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Qui dit pand\u00e9mie<\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0dit t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. La situation a bouscul\u00e9 de nombreuses organisations qui n\u2019\u00e9taient pas\u00a0<\/span>suffisamment<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>pr\u00e9par<\/span>\u00e9<\/span>es<\/span>\u00a0et qui avaient une certaine r\u00e9ticence\u00a0<\/span>\u00e0\u00a0<\/span>permettre \u00e0\u00a0<\/span>leurs employ\u00e9s\u00a0<\/span>de\u00a0<\/span>travailler \u00e0 la maison. Le d\u00e9veloppement de politiques de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et l\u2019implantation de celles-ci ont mobilis\u00e9 et mobilise<\/span>nt<\/span>\u00a0toujours l\u2019\u00e9quipe de\u00a0<\/span>Praxo<\/span>. Lors de la mise en place du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, il y a beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 prendre en compte.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

D\u2019abord,\u00a0<\/span>selon<\/span>\u00a0les dire<\/span>s<\/span>\u00a0de Mme Pion, c\u2019est primordial de revoir l\u2019organisation du travail<\/span>\u00a0et\u00a0<\/span>de<\/span>\u00a0clarifier les attentes en fonction du poste<\/span>\u00a0de l\u2019employ\u00e9<\/span>. En priorisant cette action, cela permet d\u2019\u00e9<\/span>liminer certaines t\u00e2ches<\/span>\u00a0moins<\/span>\u00a0pertinentes\u00a0<\/span>afin d\u2019optimiser celles qui ont un impact significatif pour l\u2019entreprise.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ensuite, il faut pr\u00e9voir diff\u00e9rentes fa\u00e7ons de mesurer l\u2019atteinte des objectifs<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>pour bien\u00a0<\/span>encadrer l\u2019\u00e9quipe de travail.\u00a0<\/span>\u00ab En t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, c\u2019est devenu une obligation de manager les \u00e9quipes \u00bb<\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0mentionne Mme Pion.\u00a0<\/span>C\u2019est essentiel de d\u00e9montrer la valeur ajout\u00e9e<\/span>\u00a0qu\u2019apporte<\/span>nt<\/span>\u00a0les<\/span>\u00a0gens\u00a0<\/span>au sein de l\u2019entreprise,\u00a0<\/span>et ce, dans le but de cr\u00e9er un sentiment d\u2019appartenance.<\/span>\u00a0De l\u00e0, l\u2019importance de soutenir l\u2019employ\u00e9\u00a0<\/span>afin qu\u2019il soit bien outill\u00e9<\/span>\u00a0pour continuer d\u2019effec<\/span>tu<\/span>er un trava<\/span>il de qualit\u00e9 \u00e0 la maison.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dans une situation de crise, le management d\u2019\u00e9quipe<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>devient tr\u00e8s important<\/span>\u00a0et strat\u00e9gique<\/span>. Le manque de suivi d\u2019une \u00e9quipe peu<\/span>t\u00a0<\/span>cr\u00e9er de l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 menant m\u00eame \u00e0 des d\u00e9parts pr\u00e9cipit\u00e9s.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Il<\/span>\u00a0faut donc prendre soin de so<\/span>n \u00e9quipe, d\u00e9velopper des strat\u00e9gies<\/span>\u00a0pour avoir et maintenir des relations \u00e9troites de collaboration et de coop\u00e9ration<\/span>\u00a0afin de conserver\u00a0<\/span>une\u00a0<\/span>bonne\u00a0<\/span>dynamique de groupe et un fort sentiment d\u2019appartenance.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
